We’re located in Kailua, Hawaii at 150 Hamakua Drive.
What times can I pick up my mail?
Pick up your mail during our regular business hours or pay a $15 deposit
for 24 hour access to your mail.
Do you offer vehicle parking spaces?
Unfortunately, we do not offer parking spaces for rent at this time.
What security measures are in place?
Our facility has perimeter fencing, a 24-hour DVR Security Camera System and we are also under 24-hour alarm monitoring when the facility is closed.
What types of leases are offered?
We offer month-to-month leases.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your bill online here.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept a valid driver’s license, state ID, medical card, armed force ID card, government ID, university ID, recognized corporate ID, passport, alien registration card, certificate of naturalization, current lease, mortgage or deed of trust, voter or vehicle registration card, home or vehicle insurance policy.
Do you offer climate controlled units?
Yes we do. They’re a great option for environmentally sensitive items such as electronics, documents and more. Give us a call for more details and check out our storage tips.
